When you travel by charter flight, you get security through the Package Travel Act and open purchase, among other things.
Flights and transfers Most of the time, you fly directly to your destination and can book a bus transfer or a private transfer to your hotel.
Baggage
- Carry-on baggage within the airline's maximum limits is included
- Checked baggage will be an option at a cost unless otherwise stated at the time of booking
- Later in the booking you will see what applies to your trip
On-site support You will be met by TUI's guides at the airport and can reach our guides throughout your trip via phone, SMS and the TUI app.

It gives you security through the Package Travel Act and a convenient overall solution.
Flights and transfers Transfers are usually not included, but in some destinations it is possible to book either a bus or a private transfer to your hotel.

- Checked baggage and hand luggage are included unless otherwise stated at the time of booking
- Baggage and payment rules depend on the airline you are travelling with
- You will receive this information in the booking flow
